• Heavy-duty Full Port Valves
  Our valves are built to last with a 900 PSIG working pressure on sizes up to and including 7/8”. Therefore, you can trust their durability and performance in demanding conditions.
• Teflon Seals and Seats
  Reduce service calls, refrigerant loss, and environmental contamination with our cone-shaped 100% virgin Teflon seals and seats. As a result, these seals will not shrink or leak, eliminating the need for seal replacement during changeovers. Furthermore, their reliable design ensures long-term efficiency in your system.
• Bottom-Up Stem Installation
  Our stem placement is engineered from the bottom up. So, if there is an accidental over-pressurization in the valve, It will not blow the stem out and lose the charge. Plus, using the virgin Teflon seals ensures no need for seal replacement.
• Two-Piece Cap Nut
  There is no need to remove the cap during installation or service. Instead, loosen the nut, turn the stem cap 1/4, and open the valve fully. Similarly, close the valve by turning 1/4 again, tighten the nut, and the job is complete. As a result, the process is quick and straightforward, saving you time and effort.
• Oven-brazed construction
  The components are joined together with a smooth and equal brazing process. Therefore, this method prevents pin-hole leaks, ensuring reliable operation for the long term.
• Quality tested
  Our refrigeration ball valves are tested with 95% nitrogen and 5% hydrogen solution at 450 PSIG to detect and correct any leaks before leaving the factory.
